Have you experienced a racial incident at work? Are you not able to contact your local union representative?
PCS has established the Racial Incident Hotline to give extra support to those members who feel that they have been the victim of a racist incident at work.
The first point of call for any member who feels that they have been the victim of a racist incident is to contact their appropriate local PCS representative.
The Racial Incident Hotline is available 24 hours a day and should be used if it is not possible to contact your local PCS representative.
All messages left on the Hotline are entirely confidential
Messages will be retrieved from the answering service every morning by 10 am and sent to the appropriate union officer.
You will be contacted the day the message is retrieved to confirm receipt of your message.
An officer of the union will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your case in detail.
